Registration and help desk

The JBI Colloquium registration and help desk is located in the registration foyer of the FMCCA
Times: 08:00 – 17:00.



Lunch as well as snacks and refreshments during breaks are provided for all attendees from the 2-4 May.

Tea/coffee and lunch will be served in the hall next to the conference room in the FMCCA.


Lost and found

For information about lost and found property, please visit the JBI reception desk in the FMCCA.


Mobile phones

Delegates are requested to turn their mobile phones or devices to silent when entering any sessions.


Smoking policy

The FMCCA is a non-smoking venue. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.
